Sheboygan Paint Company has appointed Esmeralda Garibay as human resources manager. In this role, she will be responsible for employee relations and engagement, hiring, retention, and developing an overall HR strategy that supports the company’s “Customerization” motto to provide precisely what customers need through innovation, service and industry expertise. 

Garibay has worked in the United States and internationally, managing multiple industrial business units with workforces of 1,000+ employees. Her 15 years of experience include employee communication improvement and ensuring strong execution of human resources standardization. She is a member of SHRM, LCW, HRCI and AHRD.
